NexSys Water Strand academics Eoghan Clifford (University of Galway) and Paraic Ryan (University College Cork) and collaborators have published a paper in Climate Services, which looks at the impacts of rainfall changes to mid-century on influent wastewater volumes.
"Impacts of projected future changes in precipitation on wastewater treatment plant influent volumes connected by combined sewer collection systems "
Fig. 10. from article: Observed probability of exceedance curves showing the likelihood, in percentage, of influent volumes exceeding any given proportion of peak design capacity under high and very high precipitation days for WWTP 11.
