Webinar: Peer-to-peer Energy Trading: A Decentralised Energy Future for Ireland?

In this lunchtime webinar, Dr Sweta Malik of NexSys, author of a policy paper looking at the potential for peer-to-peer energy trading in Ireland, will be joined by Fergus O'Toole (Manager, Active Customers & Smart Metering, CRU) and John Walsh (Emerging Technology and R&D Manager, ESB) for a discussion on the potential for peer-to-peer in Ireland, including key barriers and enablers for this new approach to decentralised energy. The discussion will be moderated by Dr Claire O’Connell (science writer and journalist with The Irish Times).
